Returns and Cancellations as per Distance Selling Regulations
Should you cancel your order before we have dispatched your goods, we will be more than happy to refund you in full including all postage charges.
Faulty or damaged goods must be notified within 48 hours and if requested, returned within 14 days.
If they are returned within 14 days the cost of the item will be refunded.
No unwanted goods will be refunded or accepted for return after the 14 day cooling off period.
Any damaged goods that have been worn or have been clearly mis-treated will not be refunded.
Our returns policy excludes all tights,stockings, hotpants and other forms of underwear which, if opened, will not be accepted unwanted as returns under any conditions due to hygiene reasons.
Duty of Care as per Distance selling regulations.
We will not accept any unwanted goods that are not in their original sold condition and clearly unused, which allows us to re-sell the item.
Please ensure that when trying on costumes that you do not have make-up, self tanning cream or similar on.
Or smell of smoke or perfume.
Any returns that are marked or smell due to any of the above or other reasons will be considered as worn and will not be refunded.
Please ensure that any goods are reasonably packaged to avoid damage in transit.

Before Returning anything to us, please read our returns policy. Then follow the guidelines below:
1. Please Contact us First for authorisation.
2. Note down your name, address and complete order details including order number on a sheet of paper.
3. Once the item has been received, we will refund your item less the cost of the postage.
4. In the case of faulty or damaged goods that are being returned, once again, contact us first before sending anything back.
We will refund both the cost of your parcel and the initial postage cost. You must return your item via our returns labels.
If you choose to return the item yourself, we would only refund the cost of the return postage that we would expect to pay via our own returns service
