If the item is already located at the store of your choosing, it will be available the same day as your order. All item larger than 60cm packaged will need to be sent by courier and this is reflected in the delivery cost.
If you register with us, or leave your contact email address, we will notify you immediatelySome larger items (larger than 55cm) may incur additional delivery charges. Really big items will not be available for anything other than local delivery, but will be available for collection. All collection orders now incur a fee of œ1.99. This is to cover the cost of paying a staff member to shop for you and package your goods for your convenience. Inflated balloons are only available for local delivery or collection. During peak times, normally from 20th October to 5th November, we will temporarily disable purchasing online. We apologise in advance for this, but we are only able to deal with instore customers at this time.
