Sizing Information
1. Measure the Length
Measure your pet from base of the neck to base of the tail.
2. Measure the Girth
Measure your pet's chest at its widest point; which is usually behind the front legs.
If measurements fall between sizes; or if your pet has a stouter build; it is recommended to select one size larger.
Some larger items (larger than 55cm) may incur additional delivery charges. Really big items will not be available for anything other than local delivery, but will be available for collection. All collection orders now incur a fee of ?1.99. This is to cover the cost of paying a staff member to shop for you and package your goods for your convenience. Inflated balloons are only available for local delivery or collection. During peak times, normally from 20th October to 5th November, we will temporarily disable purchasing online. We apologise in advance for this, but we are only able to deal with instore customers at this time.
