Really big items will not be available for anything other than local delivery, but will be available for collection. All collection orders now incur a fee of œ1.99. This is to cover the cost of paying a staff member to shop for you and package your goods for your convenience. Inflated balloons are only available for local delivery or collection. During peak times, normally from 20th October to 5th November, we will temporarily disable purchasing online. We apologise in advance for this, but we are only able to deal with instore customers at this time.
